Need elbow room in Silver Bay? Need four bedrooms or office space? Need an oversized garage and yard? Look no further! 14 Drake Circle has it all. Including a new furnace and some appliances. Silver Bay is Sweet! I was just scheduling in the Summer Music Series events into my calendar! Some great acts coming, don’t delay. Surrounding Silver Bay is a vast boreal forest of pure, cool air. State Parks, hiking trails, XC and Snowmobile trails, all within a short distance. Living in town at 14 Drake Circle is dang convenient! Shopping, gas, banking, schools, restaurants, are all within walking distance. Heck, go get adventurous on the Ropes Course and Zipline. In the fall and winter take in the home-team football, hockey, and basketball games, saunter home after, it’s that close. Bowling is a thing in Silver Bay! How cool is that? There is a lot, I mean A LOT, of cool fresh water nearby. That’s right, big ol’ Gitche Gummi, the shining big sea water, is just down the hill a bit. There’s so much cool water here, it makes its own microclimate of comfort year-round. Spread all that H2O out and you can cover all of North and South America in a foot of it! We’ll keep it right here, thank you very much. The home is well laid out, with a place for everyone: kids, or visiting friend and relatives. Or, use the rooms as you will: each person with an office, or craft room, meditation or yoga? The place is move-in ready. Just show up, unpack, and get to living that new life! The yard is a nice mix of landscaping and trees. Peonies adorn the front, rhubarb outback! There’s enough yard here to throw up a screen tent, a firepit, games area… Where on the Northshore can you find this kind of value?! |
